Through our breadth of experience in service delivery methods we are able to

business overview (ii) coaching and training (iii) advisory role (iv) consultancy
appointment (v) part-time appointment at board level (vi) part-time executive
appointment (vii) outsourcing.
Please take a closer look at the main service delivery methods:-
Health check and business overview - a useful start to our
business advisory services
The most useful development from the initial interview is often one of the
following: health check, needs assessment or business appraisal, for which
a firm quotation will be given.
This is a relatively brief process involving at least one in-depth discussion.
It also includes a verbal and written report on completion, which will outline
proposals for further work that should be undertaken.
If the report is agreed and it is decided to go forward with a programme of work,
the process by which the objectives will be best secured will also be agreed.
Advisory and Consultancy Roles - flexibility with whatever level
of structured service is required
Objectives may be best acheived through an informal or formal consulting
programme. This can be through a business advisory role or a structured project.
Coaching and Training - a flexible way to use our experience and
expertise in business advisory work
Some form of personal development may be needed, either through a programme
of training or one-to-one coaching. A coaching programme can also provide a
suitable framework for ongoing developments and projects for the business.
Part-time appointments - a more hands-on approach to the delivery
of business advice and expertise.
A part-time or interim appointment to the business may be a more suitable
approach to service delivery in some cases.
You can discuss the exact needs at a free exploratory meeting.
The goals may be improved profits, new growth path, exit plan, structural
change, capital injection, greater efficiency and smoother running, and
involve elements from some or all of the key programme areas -
financial management;
business performance and value improvement;
finance and attracting funds;
business planning and
sale of business and business valuation services.
The starting point is an appointment to discuss the business, which is free of charge.
