Michael Stead is a business consultant and adviser with over 30 years experience
in that role. Experienced also in executive and boardroom appointments, he is a
Chartered Accountant, with public practice experience of mainly small and medium size
businesses. He holds an MBA degree, and is the author of a successful book for
City investors and bankers.
He has a breadth of experience across many sectors, in financial and general management,
financial and general management training and coaching, and diagnostic and process
consultancy. He has coached and guided many internationally known companies; and
his work has involved all company sizes – large, medium and small, and frequent close
association with academic and professional institutions.
After three decades of running his activities on a national and international basis he
renewed his consultancy practice in 2003, concentrating on Northamptonshire, and
offering financial and strategic advice to businesses in the SME sectors.
